Chicken Tacos
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 400g of sliced chicken (Dar El Fellous)
- 4 tortillas
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until tender.
- Add the chicken pieces, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken-pepper mixture and avocado slices (or guacamole).
- Fold the tortillas and serve hot.
