Chicken Tacos

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 400g of sliced chicken (Dar El Fellous)
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until tender.
  2. Add the chicken pieces, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken-pepper mixture and avocado slices (or guacamole).
  4. Fold the tortillas and serve hot.
