Tikka masala

Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, cut into cubes (Dar El Fellous)
- 200 ml plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tikka curry paste
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 400g crushed tomatoes
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 250g basmati rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and fresh coriander
Preparation
- Mix the yogurt and tikka curry paste. Marinate the chicken pieces in the mixture for 2 hours in the fridge.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion, add the marinated chicken, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add the crushed tomatoes and coconut milk. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook the basmati rice according to the instructions. Serve the chicken over the rice, garnished with fresh coriander.
