Penne with Chicken
For 4 people
Ingredients
- 400g of chicken breast, cut into cubes (Dar El Fellous)
- 400g of penne
- 250g of button mushrooms, sliced
- 200ml of heavy cream
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cook the penne in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions. Drain them.
- In a pan, heat the olive oil and brown the chicken pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the mushrooms and garlic. Sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and let simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Add the penne and parsley. Mix well. Serve hot.
