Sautéed Chicken

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 tray of chicken breast cubes (Dar El Fellous)
  • 250g of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until translucent.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and brown them.
  3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream, mix well, and serve hot.
