Sautéed Chicken
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 tray of chicken breast cubes (Dar El Fellous)
- 250g of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces and brown them.
- Add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes.
- Stir in the cream, mix well, and serve hot.
