Roast Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken or 1 marinated whole chicken (Dar El Fellous)
- 6 potatoes, cut into wedges
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs of thyme
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Place the chicken in a roasting dish. Rub it with olive oil, salt, and pepper if needed.
- Arrange the potatoes, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves around the chicken.
- Roast for 1 hour and 30 minutes, turning the potatoes halfway through the cooking time.
