Stuffed chicken

Ingredients
- 1 whole deboned chicken (Dar El Fellous)
- 150g of basmati rice
- A pinch of turmeric
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 6 small potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cook the rice with a pinch of turmeric. Add parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the deboned chicken with this mixture, then tie it to keep it closed.
- Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish with the small potatoes, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting regularly with the cooking juices.
